2. Payment

We accept PayPal, VISA and MasterCard credit cards.

We do not charge transaction fees on transactions with the EU. You will only be charged once the Products ordered have been shipped.


3. Delivery

All purchases will be delivered by a selected courier service (hereinafter, “Courier”) between Monday and Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays, from the day after the Order Confirmation is sent to You.

Delivery time is about 10 working days for products in stock.



4. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day You received Your purchase. If You ordered multiple products in one order the deadline start when the last product is received by the customer.

The deadline means that You have 14 days to notify Maggio that You wish to exercise Your Right of Withdrawal by sending an e-mail to info@bymaggio.com.

This right cannot be exercised by refusing to receive the purchased without informing Maggio at the same time.


5. Partial Right of Withdrawal

If You bought multiple products in one order You have the right exercise partial withdrawal from the order by returning only 1 or more products.

Please notice that shipping costs cannot be refunded in this case.



6. Return policy

After notifying Maggio that You wish to exercise Your Right of Withdrawal You have 14 days to return the purchased.

Shipping costs shall be borne by You. Maggio will not be liable for damages to the purchased during transport.        

Fill out our Standard Return Form and send it to info@bymaggio.com before You ship products.



7. Condition of returned Products

Products must be returned in original condition, complete with all parts, accessories and labels (Dust bag, tips, cleaning brush etc.) and in original packaging.


If products are not returned in original packaging it can cause a depreciation in value of the products.

If a product is depreciated in value because You used it in another way than intended, only a partial refund of the amounts paid at the time of purchase is possible.


The refund will be based on the market value of the returned product and in some cases that could mean that You are only eligible to get a refund for shipping costs.



8. Refund of the amounts paid

If You return a Product, a refund will be issued to the purchaser of the Product, provided that Products returned meet the requirements in 7. If a product is depreciated in value we will deduct the amount that You are liable for.

We will refund all payment and shipping costs (unless shipping costs are more expensive than the cheapest delivery method we offer) up until 14 days from the date we received Your notification of You excercising Your right of withdrawal.

Payments are refunded with the same payment method used at the time of purchase if possible, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We will hold back the refund until we have received the products.

9. Liability     

Maggio is liable for Product faults on Products offered on this website. The warranty is valid provided that both of the following conditions are meet:


9.1. The fault appears within 24 months from the delivery date of the products.

9.2. The consumer submits a claim no later than 2 months from the date that the fault was detected.


If Your claim is valid Maggio can choose to repair or replace the product, issue a refund or offer an appropriate price reduction depending on a case by case evaluation.


A claim is not considered valid if the shoes are damaged as a result of wear and tear, and not following our shoe care guide.

We do not recommend to drive a car, biking or walking on cobble stone with Your Maggio heels on, as this may damage the leather covering the heels. Damages and scratches to the leather caused by these activities are not considered a production faults.

If the claim is valid reasonable shipping costs will also be refunded. Products must always be shipped and packaged carefully. Remember to attach documentation for shipping costs.

Before You return the product please provide us with a detailed description of the fault and pictures for documentation. Send the description, pictures and Order Confirmation to info@bymaggio.com



10. Privacy Policy

We need the following information when you purchase from our website:

Name, Address, Telephone number and E-mail address.

We register and share Personal information that is necessary to deliver the products to you.


Personal information is stored for 5 years, where after the information is deleted. We cooperate with a number of companies that store process data. The companies are strictly processing data on our behalf and cannot use the data for other purposes.  

We only cooperate with companies within the EU or companies that provide an equivalent data protection.

You have the right to know which of your Personal information is processed. If you find the information inaccurate you have the right to have them corrected. In some cases we are obliged to delete data about You on Your request it. For instance, that could be the case if your data is no longer needed with regards to the original purpose.
